🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased from MyTechHub.shop

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Certain items such as gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before the refund is posted
